They arrived just before 1000 hrs and had the job finished by 1100 hrs and to think I only rang your company to book a visit at about 0915 hrs.

Rapid service professional and effective installation of (in my case) dual lnb for freesat. I chose Broadland Aerials as they were recommended by John Lewis when i purchased my Freesat recorder. I was pleased with the installation and have in fact suggested my daughter give you a ring when she moves to her new house.

I just wanted to send a brief e-mail to thank you for the prompt response to the TV reception problems we were experiencing. Not only was your service prompt (I called at 1400hrs and your chaps arrived at 1630hrs - on a Friday! ) but your staff are advocates for your firm - efficient, polite and posses a good sense of humour.
The fault was repaired within 15 minutes.  
My wife is over-due with pregnancy and having a TV back in operation so quickly is really appreciated (and I will obviously be able to see the World Cup now as well!)
